I've had a lot of time to think and (try to) draw while my laptop was broken and I came to the conclusion that I need to start from scratch. I looked at all the fanart I did over the years, and yeah, I admit I have improved but I'm nowhere near where I'd like to be art/skill wise. I know I can do better. So I decided to "abandon" my old account indefinitely. I'm not saying which one, the select few know but I just don't buy into the whole "if you want to see my art come chase me half way across the internet" mentality. I've had enough artists switch accounts on me more than once that I got really tired of it and just gave up watching them altogether.

Anyway, it's not about where I came from, it's more about where I'm going. I want to develop a style of my own and in order to do it I need to go back to the basics, which I have been doing lately. Hopefully, if I'm persistent it won't take me too long to post something new. Yeah, copying someone else's style is fun for a while but I just know I won't get anywhere if I stick to just doing that... and that's pretty much what I've been doing. So it's time to break old habits and start with a fresh mind and an empty sketchpad.

I will be mostly posting original art in here. I might play with some manga pages, trying out layouts and screen-toning, but I don't know how soon I'll be posting anything worthwhile.
